It should appear at black spirit quests as dahn gloves but I have no idea of your situation

Can you try go near at that statue and open black spirit quests there

Think I know what it is, I must have done the first quest in that line and just not the rest of it right after I finished LOML

And then couldn’t find the quests. Heading over to the 2nd quest to see if that was the issue
