So I scan, redownloaded, retry the level multiple times and I can get the part where you have carry the orb on the other side, first level I can grab the orb and carry it and drop, second orb does not appear but you can on the other side which have to carry to, when I run over to and try to pick it up I get a message saying 'your mount is too far'. very buggy questing I don't know what else to do.
