So I'm having an issue, every time I look behind ,there's loots that are not picked up and it's very frustrating because that look could contain some rare drop, but if I walk back to loot it, my rotations get slower. Any advice with this? My pet pack leader is t5 and the rest are t4.

I'm spamming R on every group to help looting, sadly there is no other solution either you wait a bit longer or spam R

group up each group you kill. when you approach say group A. position yourself so it's between you and the next group you are going to head to. If you have your rotation memorized

Combo group. as the last mob dies. spam R to pick up anything directly infront. and start movement combo to group B- repeat with however many groups
