I cannot get the maid box or the premium outfit box from Morco in exchange for twitch drop seals, even though I got these items 3 months ago. Is there something I should do to make this work or is this a bug?

Its not a bug. If you pay attention to the details and the wording, they actually don't say that you can get them again: "Once per Family rewards will be updated around every three months." Not refreshed.

Thanks for the explanation; so rewards being updated means that they will think about adding stuff, but might just keep it the same?

Yep. Basically, they will just add a new reward every 3 months.

I remember reading somewhere that you can get more than one premium outfit box from the seals
