its more weird that you get ask about login via steam normally you just open the launcher and you are directly logged in

did you check spam folder? do you have maybe an alternative e-mail adress saved at your bdo account?

I created new id and sent them inquiry but them advice my to use the old email to resend inquiry. But i can't login because of this email verification so i'm so confused
