Balenos questline repeatable for old characters or something??

For context i'm playing the game for 5years and i have finished all Main quests back in the day, i was going to do my weekly attoraxion dungeons and while outside the stone chamber the lvl 1 questline npc had the quest icon on top of it after i talked with it it started the Balenos questline even though i have completed it way back before even season was in the game around 2ndyear aniversary of the game. Should i do the questline again so i don't have the quests on the right or is it a bug and i should just wait for it to be fixed ?

the only info i managed to find online is tha it was rebooted or something some time ago if so did it reapar for me to do it again as i haven't done the rebooted version or something? (im just guessing here if anyone knows anything id love to know )

They are currently reworking the Serendia questline and so that's kinda led to a mess up with Balenos showing up again. Just don't click it

While yes Balenos got revamped, but characters that have done Balenos already (regardless of which one) shouldn't have it show up again
