Hi, so im on the quest 'A Breezy Day at the Manor.' Ive combined the painting and i also have the 'Top-Quality Thornwood Timber Frame' in my inventory. But i cant turn them in to leordo dias. Ive looked up a video and it just shows the person handing the item over in a chat. But i dont have that option. Any Ideas?

Hello I had this same issue recently and thought it could be that I need to finish O'draxxia Main Quest and it was indeed that.
I was just able to get it working, so you probably need to be near the end of O'draxxia Main Quest chain to be able to speak with the NPC that sells the frame.
You can buy stuff from the NPCs but it won't let you fully interact with them unless you get their pre-requisite, I assume this is why it won't let you beforehand even though you can buy the frame.
