Im planning make 1 of them Exalted
But i guessing what is better? Khan offer more DP but Perilla offer more effects.

I would not exalt either. Its only worth to Exalt a Vell.

In the case that you are going for a DP meme build, exalt only becomes worth it on a Resplendent Alchemy Stone of Protection and above. I would never exalt a protection Khan as it has inferior stats! Perilla is also not good enough!
