Anyone else’s game crash more than usual lately? Can’t rbf or nodewar/siege without crashing multiple times. Funny thing is, it just started happen this past week..

- Update Windows
- Update Graphics Drivers
- Repair Game Files in the Launcher

I followed those steps, but still seem to be having a crashing issue. In pve, I don’t crash at all. However, 5 minutes into an rbf, I black screen and crash. Kind of odd because it’s never happened this frequently before. Not sure if it’s a bdo issue or what.

Any form of pvp, after a death, it’s instant freeze/crash. Just uninstalled and reinstalled driver, same issue. I have no clue why it’s happening all the sudden.
Legit only in pvp, rbf or open world. Pve is absolutely fine..

Hmm. Maybe check if the crashes show up in the windows event viewer? That could give you some info on what is happening too

Same thing has been happening to me in aos but that’s all the pvp I’ve been doing this week. Anytime I’m in a ls upon entering the match, death, or exiting the match I catch the black screen and crash. Literally been unplayable.

the only thing i could find for that error that wasnt the windows store was a temperature surge error
So might be interesting to see if that causes the shutdowns

I deleted the cache through chrome, so I figured that was it.

followed all of that information you sent. Restarted the pc and bdo, lasted a bit longer before i crashed, but same crashing happens. Those are the temps and error that just happened.

0x00000000 is a really odd exception code to get - But it does suggest that it's an error on your own PC, rather than game side
Could you please run "Command Prompt" as an administrator, and run the following command there:
sfc /scannow
I honestly think this is the first time I've seen BDO throw one of those out in a crash error

Well, hopefully the corrupt files were the cause! If it crashes again, another screenshot of the resulting Application Error would be great, to see if the exception code has changed

i sent a ticket but i have found if i have the gamepad ui on it seems to be doing it , turned it off and its been dine
