Fairy is very good, no need to do anything to it

PvE gear seems also good and you got lot of buffs for grinding

Storages and inventory could needs some cleaning and sorting up

From Heidel storage it seems that you were doing some Plant Farming

What are you goals now?
Want to go into Life skilling or PvE or both?

Good start would be for you to start to do the seasonal
It gives good gear at end and lots of benefits + easy silver

Jetina Accessory is good to start now as well. crescent Ring

Save money to buy Vells hearth

If you want to invest more on Life Skilling then you will need to invest some silver to get Mastery gear. Start with TET Loggia pieces

Silver embroided outfits are good for exp gain on life skills
Master clothes are good different things depending on the life skill
