already lowered resolution, checked files in the starter and turned of antivirus but keeps crashing randomly

first thing would be to delete chache and then once again scan files in the launcher

__**How to Clear the Cache**__
  1. Navigate to the following 3 folders.
  2. Delete the contents within each folder.
Documents\Black Desert\UserCache
AppData\Local\BlackDesertOnline\GPUCache
Black Desert Online\Cache

Important: Deleting your cache will reset some game settings such as UI customizations.

Note:

  • To access the AppData\Local\ folder, press the Windows Key+R and type in: %localappdata%
  • Not all listed folders may exist, delete any existing ones and skip those that are not present on your system.

Appdata was not there, deleted the other 2 but problem continues and i saw in game chat more ppl complaining about the same.

Ok. The next option is updating your graphics drivers, and check for any outstanding windows updates

It didnt crash yet since i turned off anti lag option from graphic card
