Seeking advice for switching classes and Tuvala gear

Hi,
Is it possible to use a Tuvala weapon exchange from a Drakania to a Mystic, then turn my Drakania into a normal character and the Mystic into a seasonal character? If so, then can I use the exchanged Tuvala weapons on the new seasonal character of my choice?

Thank you for making that clear, however I was wondering if I could possibly keep the current Pen Tuvala main,sub and awakening weapons and exchange them using the Tuvala weapon exchange from the fishing event, thus not having to make another Pen Tuvalas for the next seasonal character

if your mystic is below lvl 25, you can use the Fughar's Timepiece to swap the Drak off season and Mystic intoa season char
