Hello new player here, i've been wondering how to get second set of this crystal. I know there is some in CM but I feel more accomplish if I crafted it myself. Where can I get the crafting materials of these if I have done the Main story questline? Does making new character gives the crystal again in main questline?

Mediah, Valencia and Kamasylvia. And to get the crystal from Mediah, you need to do the main quests from Balenos, Serendia and Calpheon. The Simplified season questline prevents you from getting the Black Spirit Crystal from Mediah.
