do you get this from skinning anything in the game? And suggestions for the best areas to farm this?

Hello 3406birbwaving as far as i know, it is a rare drop from tanning. You may be lucky enough to collect around 5 per hours ^^ you can go next to Lynch ranch (Serendia), there a lot of lambs in the mountains

It's stated in the description - the first method is tanning (skinning), just like the comment above me said. The second method is to exchange golden seals from imperial horse delivery.
