Cant exchange lailas petals for sealed fairy wings

Talk to the npcs around this one you’re currently talking to. I believe you might need to do an exchange quest first. Make sure all quest types are enabled. You can do this by hitting 'O' you can bring up the Quest menu, and at the bottom where it says 'Prefer' followed by tabs, check the 'All' tab to enable them all.

“Theiah, two Laila’s petals to complete the repeatable quest Lifelong Friends to receive further sealed fairy wings.”

I think I had to redo it on an alt and got confused a while back as well so you’re not alone.
