Hi guys, i’m doing the otten vs pupa event. And i want to get the permanent transformation scroll, i’ve saved up 274 of those yellow terrmian coins to exchange with but i cannot see the permanent scroll, only this one that lasts for 10 mins.
Does anyone know where i can get it?
I’m talking to the right npc and i have enough coins, soo?
