I looked into most classes and I am torn between Sage and Hash (Lahn has my attention too but she does not have cool looking animations)
What is easier to pick up out of these two (or three with lahn) if one has never played bdo?

personally id say lahn since she has the most straightforward mechanics, while both sage and hash have some more involved skill flows and combos
Out of sage and hash id probably say succession sage, but it does kind of depend the most on what you think looks the coolest

Lahn is the easiest by far. Sage after that and Hash is probably the hardest. But the classes aren't inherently "hard". More like you just need to get used to their skills and learn the basic combos. But that applies to every class in the game. Fighting games a are good comparison to BDO combat. All classes uses the same inputs more or less, but how combo them needs practice.

How are they mobility wise? Is one more mobile then another one?

Lahn is very mobile. Awa Lahn dashes a lot more. Sage has a habit of running out stamina fairly fast.
