How to obtain pure mass of magic

Can I obtain them from fishing and or mining pilgrim's haven?

you can drop them from grinding, or from node workers

or events and some boxes

But drops is easiest if you got the gear
If you dont have gear then then Workers may be choice, it just needs quite lot of CP

There is also a weekly quest in odraxxia for them, can do the daily quests around the city, but they take a bit to give you the ability to get 1 mass,

I have the polly forest node pretty much maxed out and I think only one dropped yesterday after almost an hour, plowing through them with maegu

Star's End probably has the highest drop rate for Mass of Pure Magic. Its still not high though. If you plan on grinding for them

I never said that, I just figured they'd drop more

"I've heard this may be best"... well Polly is not the best spot for those unfortunately. Though usually quantity does increase the chance of getting more stuff general. But certain grinds spots have a lot better drop chance for different stuff.

the best spots for dropping them are the elvia spots, the normal areas are not really where you want to grind for them, also if you go fish in the "event zones" you can exchange the choelcant fish at fughar once a week for the mass of pure magic
