#The maegu nerfs

You use whatever you enjoy and have fun with. Maegu is still one of the best classes in the game.
Ok good, cuz I love her so far
Yah. As long you enjoy the class, its all that matters. If you play a class that you don't enjoy for efficiency you'll probably quit the game sooner rather than later. For example BiceptimusPrime keeps playing Awakening Warrior because enjoys playing the class even though class is far from the best.
If you chase meta classes it can lead to a miserable experience
Yea....fair enough
Playing with S-tier class will not guarantee a S-tier performance
When it comes to pve nerfs its important to know it almost never happens unless a class is beyond and i mean beyond busted to a point it needs pve nerfs. Maegu was one of those, (so is woosa still but we wont get into that). This simply means the class will still be strong in pve, just not game breaking konami code cheat code level strong.
Maegu is still powerful after the nerfs
And if you're like me who panicked after seeing the next week's nerfs; know that those are for absolute skills, not prime skills. So chances are, Maegu's nerfs are over for a while
Oh, absolute skills mean nothing to me
alright cool. This is good. I'll leave this open incase anyone needs it or I'm told to get rid of it
Well absolutes aren't completely meaningless since not all skills have a prime version. And ironically some absolutes skills can be be more powerful then the prime version in some rare cases
For example Succ Woosa's Shift+Q is more powerful as Absolute rather than Prime. Assumedly Prime would be more powerful if you count added Rain cloud damage, but you don't really want to use Shift+Q Rain cloud since it's the only Rain that doesn't have -15 magic DP debuff on it.
I've heard Maegu has also Absolute that is more powerful than Prime, but as I don't play Maegu that much, waiting for her Awakening next week, I can't remember what skill it is.
