Can anyone help me out with wanting to know which classes have short cooldowns kinda hate classes with long cooldowns so i have to use pre awakening skills while I wait for skills on cooldowns

Pretty much all classes has good awakening
Sage might be worst until you reach 60 and have all skills at max
But you can always go for Succession stance too, which works as good as awakening or even better depending on your style.

Most classes from guardian onwards dont need pre awa any more when they are in awakening stance

You want short cool downs, and dont like swapping, so in my opinion you may want to just play succesion. Succesion classes have less skills but much shorter cooldowns and no swapping. If you insist on awakening though, there are some classes for sure that can stay in awakening for their rotations. A class like musa is great at this. Some others are sage (though i dont recommend sage right now for anything other than pve), nova, awakening wizard, and witch, guardian, drakania, striker
Then theres also classes which have low cds but are very high apm grinds, classes like warrior, ninja, hashashin (sage fits in here too)

yes nova is also very high apm, but Im pretty sure she is the single best awakening pve class

Actually not a true thing
It is more about players likeness on the play style
Nova succession is more for pvp iirc
Also it has slow apm as succession, while awakening is fast and flowing
But yea, both stances are pretty much in balance. The important factor is players skill likeness.
Awakening works better in some areas than succ and in some other areas succession is better
