I ran into a problem that I can’t link my black desert account to twitch because it’s in steam and gives the error “This account was never used to play Pearl Abyss games on steam. Please launch the game via the steam launcher"
Even though I play through a steam profile

So just to check, you logged in using the steam login button at the bottom?

Then went to your account settings, link account > others

I know steam is region locked so I'm not sure what region it would put you in tbh

Reason I am asking is because I think only EU and NA region gets twitch drops so that might explain why you can't link 🤔

In the game, they show me a server: Olivia, Valencia, Balenos, Media, Calpheon, New Olivia, and 3 seasonal servers

Yeah EU would have lots of channels like Balenos 1 - 6, kamaslyvia channels, etc.

With steam it automatically puts you in a server based on your steam wallet location so I'm guessing you might be on the RU server

Just to interject, you're likely playing on Russian servers, so keep an eye on news in the Russian bdo website SCagreed
