stopped playing around the start of 2022. What should I do before going back to the grind? Also, is zero to hero still a good guide? I used it back when I started but the last update was almost a year ago. Otherwise what guide/video I should watch?

Notable stuff that I've done that comes to mind is getting the inf hp pot, worker empire, guru cooking for imperials, farm set-up, journals (I think all the AP and most DP). stuff that I should do that comes to mind would be mp pot grind, main story complete summer season on alt, finish remaining/new journals, mayb redo worker empire

Also, any weeklies/dailies I should make sure to do? Like weekly pity pot piece, atoraxxion, new boss rush? Don't think last two r important for now but could be wrong

Dailies/weeklies you said are good, pit of the undying is also good. There is a quest from the black spirit for 2 artifacts. Do the quest line and slot in 2 predation lighstones in each. Once you have that set, you can get pickier and look for the right setups for different activities. AP wise id get 2 disto/vaha next, while working on your armors along the way. Market is good for buying armors now if you want to go that route, but can also use the Jetina method for 1 or 2. When the armors are open, c4 them each minimum.

Yeah, usually. Boss rush shouldn't take long and you will want to get chances for debo earrings and the new bonkers crystals as much as possible early. Attoraxion is very group dependent, so can skip if you want.

Weekly reset just happened. Idk pre reqs, boss and put can be started with your gear

The LoML bosses "reset" on sunday as far as I understand. Not at the usual Wednesday/Thursday night reset.

But as far as I know the LoML bosses reset on Sunday as you get rewards (probably at midnight UTC time). The Season weekly and Pot pity piece weekly and the weekly Black Spirit boss scrills resets on Wednesday/Thursdays night. So after the maintenance EU time. Can't remember any other significant resets unfortunately.

Would you say I should farm the infinite MP pot? And lastly, do worker empires need to be "overhauled" after a set amount of time? Or will good nodes from 2 years ago still be good nodes now?

Nodes and worker as well you need them. So if you still need the same materials then the 2 year old worker imperium set up is good. They did change them bit within a month. And for CP I think people mostly use life skilling byproducts to get that instead of doing the quests. Every life skill now gives byproducts so it's not that hard get if you do it a lot. And if you are low on CP, like under 200, then there is a weekly that can supposedly give you lots of CP exp. I was over the limit by the time it was introduced so no idea how good it is.

Nodewars and Siege wars also have rewards, much higher than the RBF rewards

there is a daily and a weekly for RBF, but the rewards in general are very bad

Never done any Node Wars so didn't even know they have rewards 😂

I've done the daily without the insignia but apparently better insignia gives better rewards

That's most likely the most effective choice. Or trying to go talk to the Crow's Nest NPCs and hope you can get the insignia back in exchange for some energy. That's how you can most quests items back. Just need to know the right NPCs to talk, but I have no idea who that might unfortunately

BDOcodex mentions NPC Lavala Crow's Nest so that's the best bet for the NPC.
