hello, i had a question regarding starting over a new season character, i thought about deleting and starting over since i dont like the class im playing anymore. i was wondering if im able to still get the rewards from the season pass or if they are only able to be claimed once? thank you.

You can not get the rewards a second time, the pass is one per season, so make sure to store all the stuff you got from there in a storage first before deleting the character; the new character will take over from the point where you stopped with the previous one
Can always use the timepiece to copy the level to the new character if you are on lv 60-61 to skip the level grinding, lower than that is pretty fast to grind back the levels again

so i dont need to upgrade my gear again? i can just transfer it over?

Yea, if you timepiece you can transform the weapons to the new class
If you just delete it you have to upgrade the weapons again
