If you get killed ( unless you are in an arsha server) you will be sent to jail

Btw arsha servers are the servers with no penalty on pvp kills, that is why i told you to hide there while the debuff is up, but just avoiding people should be enough for the icon to go away

Nope, items are safe, if it is a pvp kill, you can loose crystalls if you die to mobs
If your karma is negative you can loose crystalls and gear levels from both mobs and player deaths
The gear level drops if you have no crystalls left
