Extra zones dropping pot pieces

Does deer hunting / rhino hunting on odyllita drop the mana pot piece?
And does drop rate increase the drop or is it mastery ?

mastery increases the rate (if that's still true )

and yes killing deers, lions,any mob in narcion

unless it says sepecifically from gathering, it doesnt affect lifeskilling

or hunting

if it just says drop rate, like the event atm, doesnt affect it
