Seasonal character or Normal

In this exact moment is it worth making a seasonal character or a new one im new at the game and i dont have any current character

Its always better to make a season char - even if you didnt finish season intime - you still get nice rewards
also you can already learn and then make in next season a new char to finish one (i mean even as veteran player many doing every season a new char)

I saw something that seasonal characters cant use normal items? Could u explain this further on what does it mean

You need to graduate to use normal items.

If you not meet conditions to graduate. The game will automatically graduate your seasonal character after season end. So your tuvala gear will automatically transform to normal form.
