Title. I don't recall doing this quest, searched my characters and storage for any of the 3 accessories and nothing, no quest on the black spirit or Jetina, and seems like it is complete in the log.

First of all can you please double check that you have all quest types enabled in your quest log?
You may ahave already completed the quest “A Cry for Help” without knowing, so please check if Jetina has the quest “Old Moon Guild’s Trade Offer”

I have found that I have somehow done those quests
but I tried using search function at the storage and couldn't find any of the 3 possible accessories
I have submitted a support ticket after finding this out
but really not sure what happened to the accessory, and I have no recollection of doing the quest

The jetina one has special text on it like this, only way to tell them apart from normal accessories
try using Find my item search instead of the storage search
since it searches all characters
ESC > Character > Find My Item

Find my item searches everything except mount inventory
so if its not in mount inventory either then you'll have to wait for PA ticket I think

if it is anywhere on your account then PA should be able to locate it for you in the ticket
Do you have a morco's gear bag?

Don't worry too much about it though, PA will either be able to tell you where it is, or they will recover the item for you

A year late but wonder if there was a reply to this. Having the same issue. Quest does not show regardless of settings even when not hiding completed.
