Hello there. This just sounds like you have a corrupted file that's only present in the account you're crashing on.

First clear your cache, and then repair your files.

__**How to Clear the Cache**__

1. Navigate to the following 3 folders.
2. Delete the contents within each folder.

Documents\Black Desert\UserCache
AppData\Local\BlackDesertOnline\GPUCache
Black Desert Online\Cache

Important: Deleting your cache will reset some game settings such as UI customizations.

Note:

• To access the AppData\Local\ folder, press the Windows Key+R and type in: %localappdata%
• Not all listed folders may exist, delete any existing ones and skip those that are not present on your system.

Hello , I did scan files and i had some corrupted files and the launcher downloaded 6gb and i deleted the contents in these files but still the game doesn't work 🥺
