Basically what the title says, I submitted a ticket for this since I finished rank 45 in season 2 of solare on NA under the family name of Emedia. The GM that responded was telling me I did not appear in the top 100 & linked me to a GM Official Notes (https://www.naeu.playblackdesert.com/en-US/News/Detail?groupContentNo=4055&countryType=en-US) of SEASON ONE top 100 players when it was Season Two that finished 4 weeks ago, after correcting them that it was the wrong season they were looking at I was still denied the rewards under the justification that there was no announcements yet therefore I would not receive my rewards. Everyone else I know has their rewards that finished top 100 this season and the information that shows me being rank 45 on NA is immediately available.
Can I please just get my top 100 AoS rewards?
