That's the problem, in SA i have 260ms
In games like valorant i get 60 ms from miami, and 140ms from Bogotá, and i live near Bogotá

You got to remember that the BDO servers for NA are in San Diego, or around that region. If you compare distances to Sao Paulo, thats a good 1000km more. Now, I cant say for sure how the server infrastructure is in that region. But you can use Speedtest.net to make a ping test to both cities and compare. You can also make a trial account on NA to check your experience. Chances are that you will have a rather high ping to both regions
