Try turning your settings all down and see if it does the same thing.

That's rather high @weary gazelle I'd check your that your fans are cooling properly as it should be keeping it under 80c at most.

Most GPUs will throttle down and you'll lose fram rate first unless it's over clocked.

From what I read your GPU is temped to handle that range but throttles at about 110C, do some research on your GPU.

once i modify my fan curve it will go as high 70C but not higher than that it make me think if i need to change the thermal pads and repaste it.

BDO does consume a lot of power so no surprise. To lessen the burden you may want to consider changing how you're cooling your GPU or at least start by playing the game in full screen mode. Make sure it's not borderless full screen, but true full screen. This may be different in windows 11 because of their new feature but not sure if BDO supports it since i'm avoiding it like the plague. You'll notice an improvement in FPS and it'll consume less power for it. Out of all the games I play, BDO consumes the most power and heats up the room much more. As long as it's not in a range that isn't good for your GPU it should be fine. IMO it's best to play the game at a lower resolution like 1080p on ultra graphics than 2k or 4k on potato settings.
