past grotto
On my main character i have completed the quest (fughars letter-special aid) and can succesfully exchange my pen Naru gear to narchilian. On my second main who is lvl 56 I dont see the quest, it might have been completed or forfeighted by mistake. However i can not reaccept it if thats the case. And also i can not exchange them for tuvala gear either, is this my mistake and how can i fix it?
