Unloaded Textures - Is there a fix?

I think i've gotten this problem since i replaced my SSD with NVME. I was hoping it would just fix itself but it hasn't for 2 months. This happens in heidel/calpheon too. the textures take 1-3 minutes to load. this one in my house seems to be lasting infinitely atm.

I have repaired my game multiple times and reinstalled once as well.

its an issue for everyone. Something was broken in a patch a couple weeks back that makes texture loading take super long

just asking bcs seeing so much tools at once remind me of old days - you know that you can trade full durability tools against repair tools that weight less as the tools himself and then a tool goes to 0 you can repair it with the repair kit ? (there is a kit for the 900 durability and for the 5k durability) so you just need to have 2 of the tools in your house - one of each
