Can't exchange season weapon

I can't exchange my pen tuvala awakaning weapon for a tet boss gear weapon. The quest doesn't pop up at the old moon character.
I tried it on my other characters but with none does it work
I play as an Nova.

Please can someone help me with this

bcs per slot you just can exchange it once
