what is the absolute, most batcrap strongest pve class, that meets the following criterias; decent mobility, low-medium APM and not too many buffs and debuffs you have to track?
this is speaking PVE strictly, it can be the worst case at PVP.

I'll recommend succession berserker as being high mobility and low apm while dealing a good amount of damage in PvE

Depends on where you plan on grinding. Some classes apm comes from moving around. The current lowest apm class for grinding and moving is valk (hold space and rmb) but it only does well in low end spots like centaurs. Places like gyfin high burst high cd classes do very well since your full combo will be ready every pack, things like awakened hashashin and woosa accel
Beyond this, you absolutely want to play the class that feels best to you. Ive grinded on a lot of classes from high to low apm and ended up liking warrior a lot because it just felt good even though it wasnt the best grinder at the time
