Make sure the Email isnt already i use on a pterodactyl account and make sure you are not using the same IP, or turned off IP Check in settings

By default, we only allow users to make one account per IP address. to disable this,
head to /admin/settings and set REGISTER_IP_CHECK to false.

If you have proxied your domain through Cloudflare, than you need to configure your nginx to grab the real ip address. Read into:

again.. more info is needed, what would this bot do? there is directions on how to integrate with a discord bot for verifications and such somewhere if that is what you need.
