We’re currently looking for fluent English speakers with strong technical knowledge to represent software engineers during job interviews with EU/U.S. tech companies.
This is a remote, long-term, performance-based opportunity, and we want to be fully transparent about the role's nature before proceeding.
🔹 What This Role Involves
You will attend real job interviews on behalf of EU- and U.S.-based candidate profiles that are created and managed by our internal team. This includes:
Posing as the candidate during live video interviews (HR, technical, and final rounds)
Using a fully developed identity, including a resume, LinkedIn profile, job history, and relevant documentation provided by us
Speaking confidently and professionally with recruiters, HR reps, engineering managers, and tech interviewers
Continuing project work post-hire using the same identity
🔹 What We’re Looking For
Native or near-native English fluency with excellent communication skills
Solid understanding of software engineering concepts (AI/ML, data engineering, Data Science, web development, backend systems, cloud services, databases, etc.).
Comfort with both behavioral and technical interviews
Ability to manage multiple interview tracks (2–3 roles at a time) and coordinate remotely with our team
🔹 What You’ll Get (after tax)
40% of the monthly salary
between 2k - 3k USD per month for EU jobs
Between 3k - 4k USD per month for US jobs
