#Pitt va Drexel vs Georgia Tech

All three schools are for computer engineering, but I should be able to switch to other types of engineering (especially electrical) without much trouble; I also wouldn't mind switching to computer science in the first year if it's worth the hassle. I'm looking to get a well-paying job and retire as soon as possible. I have about $30k in a 529.
University of Pittsburgh (about $125k tuition and board after scholarships)
Pros:
$10K/year scholarship for 4 years + $5500 in unsubsidized loans
5 year accelerated masters
Honors program and housing, Sutherland is nice
In-state, but not in a familiar part of the state
Cons:
Stingy with AP credit (can't skip physics ii no matter what I get on either Physics C; 2 humanities maximum), will probably get 18 credits max
Not too much time for internships or co-op
Drexel University (about $172k tuition and board after scholarships)
Pros:
$11k/quarter scholarship + $5500 in unsubsidized loans
5 year 3 co-op accelerated masters
Can get 36 credits from APs, enough for 4/5 of a year (includes intro math, physics, electives)
Honors program
Potential to live at home to save money
18 months of paid internships built into the degree
Apparently the average starting salary for engineering MS is $97k
Opportunity to look more into the city two towns away from my house
Cons:
No football
City area is kind of loud, right on Market St. in Philly
Possibly too close to home
More expensive than Pitt
