USC Marshall Business Administration vs UPenn Econ in College of Arts and Sciences

Thoughts on if I should choose USC or UPenn. I’d like to go into finance later. I chose to apply to UPenn CAS instead of Wharton because you get more flexibility to double major or pursue a dual degree. If I go there, I want to study data science as well as Econ. However, I’ve been thinking that the alumni network of USC, the location, and the name recognition of Marshall over UPenn CAS for finance might make USC the better choice.

Finances aren’t a concern with either option.
