If UPenn is full cost it’s the much better option and it also has more resources especially being in a large city

Do you not qualify for any aid ? Maybe you can use rice scholarship to leverage aid at penn

But for premed do u rlly want to pay full for UG

Rice also has great resources as well and it’s very small which imo is better for more personalized things

#

Also rice is in Houston and it’s near a hospital and I believe rice and that hospital actually have lots of student initiatives there which is something to consider

#

I know upenn has it too but maybe research into which offers better opportunities if you’re interested in it

Access to texas medical centre, good bio research iniatives, seemingly better UG focus than penn

#

Both are equally prestigious imo
