UC Berkeley by far, if you didn't get a full ride at USC there is no reason to go to USC

and also usc' location is far more dangerous than berkeley's which is why the campus is gated

besides being in a high crime area it's also a hotbed of gang activity

i think with usc you would be paying significantly more (60k over 15k) and not worth for the change in location. bay area can be kinda toxic but it also depends on what kind of friends you surround yourself with, theres def more chill ppl if you look. ig you could consider usc for a masters program
