Well congrats. you have no bad options so your decision is going to be very difficult.
At this caliber of school, I would not pay an extra $160k for any of these schools over the other.
NGL unless you care about the difference between top 4 and top 20, Columbia sounds like what you want.

Have you looked at the double major requirements and which classes you want to take?

agree, columbia sounds like the best balance between harv and cmu

also it would be crazy to turn down an ivy full ride for 160k in debt
