What is mathematics of engineering

#

You can often enroll in whatever courses in college as long as you have time and they're not too crowded. They won't all count toward your degree though. So you could major in like mechanical engineering and then take some math courses.

If you're still a HS sophomore I wanna say it's pretty super early in the process to be looking at schools

Stony Brook is great for pure math and theoretical physics at the advanced / graduate level but the campus life isn't the best

#

You should discuss fiances with your parents, and maybe do some Net Price Calculators with them.

#

What's your math background?

Which math class would you be taking next year

#

And is it too late to do dual enrollment for the summer or fall

#

March 13 is the deadline for adding students with a late fee. See if any schools within driving distance will let you take the BC exam (best to email and call the AP coordinator directly)

Ask your local CC if they accept straighterline credit (they have a pretty cheap calc 2 course) (you can also look online on transferology) or if they offer departmental challenge exams for calc 2 - if they do, you could take that now and take calc 3 in the fall
