Location/Region: I am from delaware and am looking for schools specifically in florida

Major: nursing

GPA/Test Scores: gpa: 3.55 test scored i will choose to not submit because low.... 1 honors, and 1 dual enrollment. got all As on pathway classes

Curriculum: Any specific classes you're looking for? no just good programs!

Size: How large do you want your college/class sizes? i dont mind

Costs: i will be needing aid and im looking to spend no more than 15k per semester

Schools You're Currently Looking At: ive applied to Saint leo, Eckerd (premed) and (both accepted) and utampa (tampa is my dream school but im just scared that i wont get in and i dont really have a backup so maybe help ease my thoughts and lead me on so i think ill get admitted)

Additional: Any other factors that you want to mention? Anything that's specifically important or a deal breaker? no!

If you need aid, don't go out of state...

U could get into nursing with CC or BSN

Make sure they have BSN

What about the campus did you particularly like? There could be other nursing schools in nearby states that give you similar vibes that aren't limited to just the state of florida.

im from philly but it had a LOVE PARK sign, jkjk thats not all. its campus is beautiful and the people there were so nice to talk to and i just love the campus layout and the accsesibility to things off campus like stores yk

ok! this sounds like you like the vibes of an inclusive college town environment with a really nice campus, not necessarily automatically every university in florida

yea but i enjoy the part where there warm weather and it like starting a new life kinda, moving somewhere where i dont know people and getting to know new people and envirorments

sure! But you can get that at schools in Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina, Alabama, Louisiana, Arizona, Texas, and California, too.

So I think it's good to look at schools in Florida and especially Tampa because you enjoyed the campus but I wouldn't limit yourself to just options in Florida. Especially if you have a specific budget and you're looking to apply TO.

There's also cool cities like Nashville, New Orleans, Atlanta where you can get a lot of positive new experiences/cultures and opportunities to live in a new vibe probably different from delaware or philly
