looking for schools that give full rides thst i have a shot of getting unto

context: extremely low income (~5k family income)

Location/Region: anywhere,l
Major: electrical engineering
GPA/Test Scores/academics: 3.73 UW, had a rocky start freshman year, last b was soph year and had straight a’s since
35 act (took once)
took 4 aps (dropped 1 due to schedule conflict
5 dual credit (had to drop calc 3 due to fin circumstances)
around 7 or 8 honors
5 on calc bc test
Curriculum: internship experiencd
Size: small classroom
Costs: i cant go to college if i have to pay

its not the greatest

i did a ee internship orchestra for 7 yrs i was a poll worker twice

i was also sole transporter cor family

#

jr year i had no transportation or income so i couldnt rly do anything

and then for 3/4 of sr year first sem i had to drive my family around and stigf

#

yeah! if you play violin for fun separate from orchestra practice that can also be considered its own activity

#

minecraft can also be considered an activity if you approach talking about it from an analytical/productive standpoint so mentioning like hand-eye coordination or teamwork/team-bonding if you play with others or any other soft skills like those

they definitely will help! it's one part of your application they look at as well as grades, standardized testing which your act is phenomenal, ecs, and classroom rigor which you also seem to have between honors/ap/de classes

lmfaooo, it's not wrong though and honestly I know people who put walking/reading/journaling as activities and gaming has been a bit more popular/acceptable to put as a thing you do because of covid but it all just depends

#

tbf I didn't put gaming because i had a lot of other activities but i did end up writing about it in some of my essays and i played on one of dukes esports teams and became graduate student representative of the gaming club and now i design games/teach classes about it. so tbf I do have a diff perspective on it but I also know where I started, so yeah!

oh write and if you exercise or go to the gym, you can put that too

actually i used to build stuff on roblox lemme find photos
