A lot of these universities are in very urban environments, I'd point out GW as being one which is literally in the middle of DC, along with Columbia which is in the middle of NYC. I'd reccomend Georgetown as an alternative to GW if you want something with less 'air pollution.' Washington and Lee, App State, Bowdoin are among some of the schools which come to mind when I think of rural/isolated schools away from urban environments.

If you prefer suburban/rural campuses for health reasons like the other commenter said then I would remove Miami, UChicago, Fordham, NYU, Columbia for sure. If being close to Massachusetts is a pariorty then I don't think Notre Dame, WashU, Rice, GWU, or Duke make much sense for you.
