Tbh, i might do more research on your in-state options and limit them. Especially with a 4.0 UW ift feels like you have a lot of safety options that you might not need (you only really need 2-3 safetieis). I would look throught the schools with 60% + acceptance rates and weigh which are the best fit FOR YOU and maybe even have full tuition/housing/special program scholarships for you to take advantage of.

If you're interested in the hbcu experience, I highly recommend NCA&T which is already on your list.

What other aspects are you looking for in a an OOS school in terms of urban/suburban/rural environments lively/party schools vs quiet, small spaces or somewhere in between

Indiana University is a top option for business in the country, I would look to see if they have any merit scholarships you qualify for.

University of Cincinnati has some nice merit scholarships and cool business internship co-op opportunities.

Drexel also I believe has good co-op programs.

Babson College is well-known for business opportunities

I mean Poole might be more competitive than other misc majors, but the gap in competitiveness between engineering and everything else is so vast I don't feel like it's fair to compare them lol

Tbh their website says they'll meet need food OOS students but their threshold for what need is could be different from other schools, I'm not too sure
