Stanford admissions only really rescinds applications in cases of major fraud or unacceptable behavior. I don't think your case falls under 'major fraud' (lying about entire ECs, conspiring with school to misrepresent transcripts, etc.)

This can be explained with a simple "I forgot to do it". You'll be fine!

Also admissions officers have at least some semblance of humanity lol

They're not trying to find a reason to get rid of you either. They admitted you because they want you to be on campus.
