it's decently competitive, and even if you do get accepted into FYE you need to maintain a GPA in your first year because ece has limited spots

so you have no guarantee of ece even if you do get accepted

i applied OOS EA last year, my ECs were pretty unremarkable and my test score was similar to the one you have right now
