Being able to convey important information briefly is a good skill to have

And given how many schools recieve thousands of applications and do not spend hours reading individual applications, being able to convey that info like that should be able to work in your advantage

it is self-selecting enough and most people stay in the college, with few ITs each year which doesnt create issues because there are also people that transfer out of CAS and other colleges, drop out, and even transfer into ILR

the reality is that the types of people in ILR that could not theoretically get into lets say CAS will probably not have the incentive to transfer out because the coursework could be harder for them

esp the in state kids cause they get a better price, alot of NY funded programs, and a quite feasible way to maintain a 4.0 where they can still get all the benefits of a cornell degree
